What better way to kick off December than with holiday cookies! Natalie, our amazing plant logistics extraordinaire, shared another of her talents with us by hosting a cookie decorating party. In her "pre-Field" life, Natalie was a baker. Not only did she bake all the cookies for the event, but she also prepped kits for icing & decorating. Everyone who attended received a kit, and Natalie showed how to create a cookie tree! Thank you, Natalie, for sharing your incredible talents and energy with the Field family and friends!

In 2024, we started having different members of our team write our End Of The Year Thank You. This seems appropriate as an employee owned company that has the best crews in the business. Last year it was Rob. This year Andrew took on the task and knocked out a total "Andrew-energy" thank you that we are all proud of.
