This week we are celebrating an incredible milestone—10 years of Dana Clark at Roell Painting! 🎉

Dana joined the Roell family in 2016 in Client Experience, and over the past decade has grown into a trusted member of our Project Management & Sales team. Her passion for helping clients bring their vision to life, combined with her exceptional eye for design, makes her an invaluable part of every project she touches.

When she’s not creating amazing experiences for our clients, Dana is giving back to her community by volunteering at her son’s school, serving on the PTO, and staying active with the local Women in Construction (WINC) chapter. She also loves exploring the world, making memories with friends and family on adventures across the globe. ✈️🌎

Dana’s dedication, talent, and heart have made a lasting impact on our team and our clients. She is truly a cornerstone of Roell Painting Company, and we’re so grateful for the last 10 years.

After owning and operating his own painting company for more than 19 years, Tony is bringing a wealth of industry experience, craftsmanship, and dedication to exceptional customer service to Roell. He was drawn to our shared values of integrity, quality, pride in our work, and exceeding customer expectations—and we’re thrilled to have him on board!

Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending time with his three kids, golfing, playing pickleball, hunting, fishing, hiking, boating, and cheering on Minnesota sports teams.

We loved transforming the exterior of Hayes Window Restoration — a team of craftsmen and friendly specialists dedicated to restoring windows in homes and properties dating back to the 1880s.

With a fresh new paint job, this building now has the curb appeal to match the incredible craftsmanship happening inside. And that bold yellow signage? Now it truly pops and draws attention from every passerby. 💛

Stain only lasts as long as the surface it’s applied to 💧

That’s why we pressure wash first—removing dirt, mildew, and old residue so the stain can properly soak in and bond to the wood. Skip this step, and you’re sealing in problems instead of protecting your exterior.
