Construction has officially begun on the Bloomington Fleet Repair Facility, where H+U is honored to serve as the Construction Manager 🚧 With occupant well-being + safety at the forefront, this project will support the City of Bloomington's fleet repair operations, maintenance staff, employee training functions + municipal supply storage within a single, integrated building.

Our team was joined by Mayor Tim Busse, Bloomington MN City Government, JLG Architects, Loucks, MBJ + Emanuelson-Podus to celebrate the groundbreaking of this exciting project!
