Six weeks into spring — how is your property holding up? For commercial property managers, mid-spring is a good checkpoint. Any surface repairs that were identified in March or April should be completed or scheduled.
Grounds should be in their maintenance rhythm. Drainage should be functioning. If any of those boxes aren't checked, the summer window is still open — but it won't be for long.
Contractor schedules fill up fast, material costs tend to rise through summer, and deferred maintenance has a way of compounding. TCOS is still scheduling late spring and early summer work across the Twin Cities.
If you have outstanding maintenance items on your property, let's get them on the calendar before summer schedules fill up. Reach out: [email protected] | 763-235-2416 | https://na2.hubs.ly/H065P940
