📅 ENTREPRENEUR TIP OF THE WEEK: CALENDARS! 🔑✨

Facebook events, Zoom calls, meetings, appointments…OH MY! 🤪

How do you keep track of it ALL?

Over the years, I’ve adopted a few calendar DO’s and DON’Ts that have made a BIG difference!

✅ DO THIS:

🔑 Review your calendar weekly and make adjustments ahead of time.

🔑 Add EVERYTHING to your digital calendar and set reminders!

🔑 Save Zoom links directly in your appointment for easy access.

🔑 Color-code your calendar: business, personal, family, workouts, etc.

🔑 If you RSVP “Going” to an event but can’t attend, update your response!

🚫 DON’T DO THIS:

❌ Cancel last minute if you can avoid it. Give at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

❌ Run late without communicating. A quick message goes a LONG way!

❌ Stack meetings back-to-back without breathing room. Leave space to MOVE, REST, and RESET!

❌ Be a NO-SHOW! 🤪 Seriously, let’s respect each other’s time!

✨ BONUS TIP: Your calendar should work FOR you, not run your life!

Being intentional with your calendar isn’t just about time management. It’s about honoring your commitments, respecting others, and stewarding your time well.

One of my greatest joys as a coach is coming alongside creatives and those called to pour out into others! ❤️

Jennifer recently released her beautiful song, Homecoming, and I couldn’t be more proud of her! 🎉
