We’re excited about what’s next in Buckeye.

Ironmark will serve as the General Contractor for Sidney on Centre, a new 54-unit multifamily development. The three-story community will offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartment homes.

We’re grateful for another opportunity to build in Arizona, strengthen relationships in the market, and deliver a winning building experience.

Future residents will soon have a new place to call home in Prior Lake.

Framing is underway at Cora as this mixed-use development continues to take shape. Once complete, the community will feature 105 market-rate apartment homes, a street-front restaurant, a rooftop dining deck, and underground parking.

Construction is officially underway at The Grand Victoria. 🪏

We were proud to join our project partners in celebrating the groundbreaking for this new mixed-use development in St. Paul. Once complete, The Grand Victoria will include 90 apartment homes above ground-floor commercial and retail space, creating a vibrant addition to the Summit Hill neighborhood.

Ten months after breaking ground, Ironmark joined Saint Paul Public Housing Agency and our project partners to celebrate the ribbon cutting for Dunedin Terrace and McDonough.

Over 20,000 working hours, our teams delivered 11 affordable townhomes without a single lost-time injury, reflecting a shared commitment to safety, quality, and collaboration.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this milestone possible. We're proud to have played a role in delivering homes that will serve St. Paul families for years to come.
