Project Caprock just hit a major milestone! The 313-acre data center campus is taking shape in Hale County, Texas, recently topping out after more than 66,000 hours worked with zero lost hours.

We're celebrating a major milestone in Panama City, FL, as we break ground on a new 39,093-SF, 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital.

The hospital will help meet the demand for post-acute care in a rapidly growing retirement area and expand access to specialized inpatient rehabilitation services. We formed a joint venture with Exalt Health to finance, develop and own the hospital and will also serve as general contractor and property manager.

Scheduled to be completed in September 2027, the project continues our strategic partnership with Exalt Health and expands our growing national healthcare portfolio and presence in the Florida market.

In partnership with Exalt Health, we’re bringing critical post-acute care to one of Florida’s fastest-growing communities.

After identifying and securing the site and leading the rezoning process, we are proud to break ground on a new 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Riverview, FL. Through a joint venture with Exalt Health to finance, develop and own the hospital, our team will also serve as the builder and ongoing property manager.

The 39,093-SF hospital will address a crucial need for patients recovering from complex conditions in the Tampa submarket. Slated to open in late summer 2027, the hospital is designed to support Exalt Health’s innovative, patient-centered treatment programs.

This project marks a continuation of our successful partnership and reinforces our commitment to building future-forward environments that help communities thrive.
