**Dear Community, And surrounding communities 💓**
This storm season has taught us a lot.
When the storms moved through our area, the amount of damage was significant. Almost overnight, our phones were ringing, inspections were being scheduled, projects were moving into production, and homeowners throughout our community were looking for help.
First, **thank you.**
Thank you to every homeowner who called us, referred us to a neighbor, trusted us with their home, or simply gave our team an opportunity to help.
With that growth also came some hard lessons.
The volume showed us where our processes were strong—and where they needed to be stronger. There were times when communication or follow-up didn't happen as quickly as it should have, and there were things that simply slipped through the cracks.
We aren't going to make excuses for that.
Instead, we're learning from it.
Behind the scenes, we've been working hard to strengthen our production team, improve communication, document our procedures, and build better systems from the initial inspection all the way through project completion.
Growth isn't just about doing more work.
**It's about becoming better at the work we're trusted to do.**
We're proud of what our team has accomplished through an incredibly demanding storm season, we're grateful for the patience and trust our community has shown us, and we're excited about what we're building next.
Thank you for growing with us. Thank you for being patient with us. Thank you for your feedback. We are listening....
Over the next several weeks, you'll see us sharing more—not just finished roofs and completed projects, but some of what happens behind the scenes. We'll share things we've learned, improvements we're making, the processes we're building, and the people who make Recrafted what it is.
You are the reason we are committed to getting better!
