This customer loved their detached garage floor so much, they had us come back and do the attached garage too!

The existing floor had an older flake coating that was bonded extremely well to the concrete, so we had to completely grind it off before beginning our installation process.

Once the surface was properly prepared, we repaired the floor as needed and installed our standard 3-part system featuring a 100% solids epoxy base coat, full flake broadcast, and a durable polyaspartic topcoat.

This project started with the removal of an existing coating that was extremely well bonded to the concrete. We utilized PCD chip tools to efficiently remove the old material, followed by 16 # metal bond diamonds to properly prepare and profile the surface.

After completing several spall and pit repairs, we installed our standard 3-part floor coating system featuring a 100% solids Greige epoxy basecoat, a full broadcast of 1/4” Creekbed flake, and a polyaspartic topcoat applied at approximately 115 sq. ft. per gallon for long-lasting durability and protection.

The end result is a floor that’s built to withstand years of vehicle traffic, hot tires, chemicals, and everyday use while remaining easy to clean and maintain.

Another garage floor knocked out by GRIND! 💪

This one was approximately 1,200 sq. ft. and needed quite a bit of prep work before we could begin our standard 3-part coating system. The concrete had several spalled areas and pits that required repair to create a solid foundation for the new coating.

For this project, the customer chose Wombat ¼” flake with a 10% red accent blend, giving the floor a unique look that really stands out. They also opted to have their stairs and landing coated to match, with red accents on the stair edges for an added custom touch.

Another garage wrapped up in Minot, ND! This floor had quite a bit of spalling from rocks popping out of the concrete along with a few cracks throughout the slab. We started by diamond grinding the entire surface, repaired the damaged areas, fixed the cracks, and completed our standard 3-part coating system.

Customer chose Creek Bed 1/4” flake finished with a durable polyaspartic top coat for long-lasting protection and an easy-to-clean finish.

We just finished this 1,750 sq. ft. garage floor and this one definitely put us to work. The concrete was in pretty rough shape, requiring loads of patching, extensive grinding, and plenty of prep work to get it where it needed to be.
