The Braaten boys are putting in the work on a large downtown remodel today.

They’ve been busy filling and patching holes, repairing walls, and getting every surface ready for paint. It isn’t the flashy part of the job, but it’s one of the most important. A quality finish starts long before the first coat of paint goes on.

This summer, Justin traded his tool belt for a clipboard and spent the season coaching our local rec baseball team. What made it even more special was that this team was made up of a large group of the South Prairie School JV baseball players, giving them another chance to play together, build chemistry, and continue developing their skills before next spring.

To wrap up the season, we wanted to give them an experience they won’t forget. The team had the opportunity to take the field at Corbett Field during Minot Hot Tots batting practice, sh****ng fly balls and getting a taste of what it’s like to be on the same field as the players. Afterward, they stayed to cheer on the Hot Tots and celebrate a big win together.

A huge thank you to the Minot Hot Tots for making this experience possible. Giving these young athletes the chance to be on the field and experience the game from a different perspective created memories they’ll carry with them for years. We appreciate everything you do to support baseball and the next generation of players in our community. ⚾💙

There’s something satisfying about taking a home from dated to fresh, clean, and modern.

This exterior transformation included:
• New siding
• Updated stone accents
• A full curb appeal refresh

The darker siding, paired with the stone, completely changed the feel of this home, giving it a more timeless look.

What makes this project even more special is that this is our own home. Like many homeowners, we’ve spent time slowly renovating and improving our space piece by piece. We know firsthand how much thought, planning, and hard work go into creating a home you’re proud of.
