New construction plumbing for a townhome development in Charlotte β underground utilities and full interior rough-in, start to finish.
This was a multi-unit residential project: multiple townhomes going up simultaneously, each needing its own water service and sewer connection run underground, then a complete rough-in inside the structure before framing closes everything in. MQ Plumbing handled the entire plumbing scope as the primary plumbing contractor on site.
Underground work on a multi-unit build operates on a different level than a single-home job. Water and sewer lines for several units have to be trenched, graded, and installed in sequence β around each other, around existing utilities, and on a timeline that keeps the rest of the crew moving. A delay underground stops everything above ground.
Once the site work was done, we moved inside for the rough-in phase: supply lines, drain-waste-vent systems, and fixture locations set precisely so that when walls close and finish work begins, everything is exactly where it needs to be.
This is the kind of project that requires coordination, experience with commercial-grade scheduling pressure, and a crew that can execute across multiple units without losing precision on any of them.
MQ Plumbing takes on new construction and multi-unit plumbing throughout the Charlotte metro area.
