1. SITE PREPARATION
• Clear and level the 50x50 ft area.
• Remove debris, vegetation, and unsuitable material.
• Compact the soil using proper equipment.
• Layout and marking of the building foundation lines.
Materials & Equipment: Excavator, compactor, string line, stakes, lime, level.

2. FOUNDATION
• Excavation for footings or slab according to structural plans.
• Install rebar reinforcement.
• Pour concrete (minimum 3000 psi).
• Apply waterproofing membrane over foundation.
Materials: Rebar #4 or #5, concrete mix, gravel, sand, cement, waterproof plastic.

3. MAIN STRUCTURE
• Er****on of main columns and beams (steel or wood frame).
• Install structural members and secure anchor bolts.
• Align and level all structural elements.
Materials: Structural steel or treated lumber, bolts, anchors, welding or metal connectors.

4. WALLS AND ENCLOSURE
• Install exterior and interior walls (block, metal panel, or metal stud framing).
• Add thermal or sound insulation if required.
• Openings for windows and doors properly framed and reinforced.
Materials: Concrete block or metal panel, insulation, mortar, sealants.

5. ROOF SYSTEM
• Install trusses or steel beams for roof support.
• Apply plywood or metal decking.
• Install roofing material (metal roof, TPO membrane, or shingles).
• Install gutters and downspouts for drainage.
Materials: Roof structure (wood or metal), roof panels, screws, flashing, gutters, downspouts.

6. FLOOR SYSTEM
• Compact fill and prepare gravel base.
• Pour 4” (or thicker) concrete slab.
• Level and finish surface for smooth finish.
Materials: Concrete, welded wire mesh, gravel, sand, surface sealer.

7. INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR FINISHES
• Apply drywall or paneling inside.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces.
• Install doors, windows, trims, and baseboards.
• Final cleanup and inspection.
Materials: Drywall, paint, primer, trim materials, caulk, fasteners.

8. FINAL INSPECTION AND HANDOVER
• Verify all systems (structure, roof, walls, floor) are completed per specifications.
• Clean worksite and dispose of debris.
• Walkthrough with client and sign completion report.
