Operator/General Laborer Job Summary

Final Grade of Michiana has an immediate opening for a Operator/General Laborer. Candidates should be able to concentrate on performing your tasks and commit to safety rules.

Responsibilities:
• Experience required use of heavy equipment.
• Must be able to repair and maintain equipment (troubleshoot)
• Must have the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Must have the ability to use basic tools
• Must have the ability to use power tools and machinery.
• Must be able to handle and transport materials and equipment.
• Follow instructions from supervisor to perform manual labor tasks.

Requirements:
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40lbs ect.)
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Communications and teamwork skills.
• Must have Chauffeurs License required for DOT.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must have dependable form of transportation.
• Must be able to pass drug test.
