Wired In - Creative String Workshop Wired In – Creative Strings Workshop’s mission is to inspire musicians of all ages and abilities to explore new styles, techniques and improvisations.

About the 2014 Workshop:

Musicians will be performing in a final concert of their own compositions – everyone will get a chance to perform. Our creative faculty will lead workshops in multiples styles such as fiddle, rock, beginning jazz, electric and looping, percussive techniques, improv and more! Wired In encourages all levels, ages and stylistic backgrounds to apply. Tuition: Tuition is $210

($250 for late registrants) and includes 6 evenings of workshops, faculty demonstrations, entry to the faculty concert for students and family, participation in the student concert and a Wired In tote bag (no tote for late registrants). Dates and times:

Monday – August 4th: 6-9pm
Tuesday – August 5th: 6-9pm
Wednesday – August 6th: 6-9pm
Thursday – August 7th: 6-9pm
Friday – August 8th: 6:00 Dress Rehearsal / 8:00 Faculty Concert
Saturday – August 9th: 3:00 Student Concert

Hey string players! Our annual Wired-In music workshop August 4-9th. We will explore fiddling, improv, and composition while having a LOT of fun! This year we will have guest clinicians Shane Borth of Quixotic and the band Flannigan's Right Hook, fiddler extraordinaire Betse Ellis and celtic fiddler Rachel Gaither. Here's a link for more info.
