Schedule: full time

Wage: $18 per hour

Arborist Prune Tech Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for working at residential and commercial job sites in Missoula and Bitterrot valleys to complete assigned tasks including but not limited to: Pruning and hauling of debris as required for each location of service.
Candidate is required to keep accurate and compete records of all labor hours, materials used, vehicle, and equipment maintenance. Candidate will perform other tasks as assigned, all in a timely and professional manner in accordance with company policies. Must be able to work extended hours on occasion.

Position requirements:
Successful applicant must be able to follow directions, work independently as well as with a team, and be able to commute reliably to shop base. Must have clean driving record, current license, and be able to be insured. Must be able to pass background check. Applicant must professionally handle residential and commercial customers including large corporate clients.

Schedule: 10 hour shift

Wage: $18-$20 per hour DOE

Education: high school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience: ornamental tree and shrub pruning - 1 year preferred

Irrigation Tech Overview:
Responsible for maintenance, repairing, and troubleshooting of irrigation systems. Troubleshooting systems to identify and correct deficiencies. Program control systems to maximize water efficiency. Detailed reporting of daily activities. Interface with clients and coworkers when needed. Good communication skills and 1-3 years is experience preferred.
Must have valid drivers license.
Pay rate: $18-$22 DOE

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the installation of new or expanded drip and sprinkler systems
- Set and maintain times on controllers; troubleshoot all aspects of irrigation repairs
- Map systems for master plans
- Complete repairs as necessary, may instruct others in irrigation repairs
- Operate trenchers and rock saws to install/repair lines
- Operate the vehicle safely over an assigned route
- Follow all company safety, security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries: complete safety training and certification
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
- Ensure uniform, company vehicle, and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands:
While performing the essentials of the job, the position requires physical abilities such as heavy lifting, pushing and pulling of up to 59 pounds, manual dexterity, wrist-finger movement, digging using a shovel and equipment. In addition, working conditions may include poor lighting, restricted movement, dirty environment, air contamination, extreme temperatures, intense noise, and lifting/carrying heavy objects. The employee must be physically coherent and aware at all times especially when dealing with heavy machinery, equipment, or while driving.

OVER-VIEW

The Grounds Maintenance Technician is a versatile position that supports all departments as needed. This person will learn to administer fertilizer & w**d control applications, aerations, lawn rejuvenations, pruning, detail, mow crew, irrigation winterizations, landscape installations, snow plowing & walks and more.

Must have valid Driver's License.

Working Conditions:

Independent/solo position that requires self-motivation and independent thinking.
Regular driving on residential and city streets.
Most hours demand physical labor-intensive work outside.
Computer and smart device usage daily.

Physical Demands:

As a Lawn Care Technician, you will be driving a truck to and from client properties and lifting heavy equipment and materials.
Must be able to lift 50 plus lbs.
Must be able to stand and walk long distances daily.
Must be able to withstand all weather conditions.

Qualifications:

· Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable by our coverage provider

· Must pass a commercial pesticide applicator exam to apply pesticide

· Must have strong written and oral communication skills

· Minimum of three years experience required
