I have worked many jobs and can’t be happier as a boss because of those experiences. I have an accounting degree I try hard not to use but appreciate the knowledge it gives me for everyday business decisions. I use to work in sales and estimation for multinational steel manufacturer. The first project I helped sell was the new Salt Lake City International Airport upgrade. At the time the steel was worth $100 million and with change orders that only went up. I feel blessed to have all the experience I have now and can look back and appreciate the lessons learned. Sometimes in the moment I could t see where all this was leading to but I am overjoyed everyday with finding my purpose and what I want to do everyday.
