We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our crews and equipment on construction sites. This position requires someone who can manage the job, lead the crew, and operate equipment as needed. Compensation depends on experience.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising a crew of laborers and operators
Managing daily job site operations and keeping projects on schedule
Operating construction equipment as needed
Reading and understanding plans and specifications
Identifying issues and managing change orders
Coordinating with project managers
Maintaining communication with staff, clients, and subcontractors
Ensuring a safe work environment
Providing strong leadership and direction
This position reports directly to the Construction Manager.
