Lead Designer/Project Architect

Are you looking for your next opportunity in Architecture?
Do you have an interest to work on Residential & Commercial Projects?
Do you know Revit & SketchUp?

Applicants should have a minimum 7 years of full time professional experience and demonstrate excellent design & technical knowledge as well as superior organizational and communication skills. Licensure is desired but adequate experience will be considered. Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp is required.
We are looking for someone who can work with a variety of team members. A successful candidate needs to be able to work towards the timely, professional, and accurate production of various design documents, computer generated renderings, technical drawings, code research, cost estimating, specification writing, Revit & SketchUp modelling and other items associated with the delivery of both resdential and commercail architectural services.

Salary: DOE.

The Missoula City Council approved two group living structures on Monday, leading to the introduction of a new type of housing in Missoula. The 46-unit Ponderosa Village, planned off Scott Street, will feature housing limited to one resident per room.
