Hello everyone, as many of you may know I have taken a step away from carpentry work at the beginning of the year. My father-in-law's brother retired from the farm and I was asked to step in and fill his shoes. With the recent storms from the end of April up to today I have considered offering my services once again for damaged to exterior homes and buildings. I have the resources to handle all insurance claims and complete the work in a timely manner. Although I will not be doing the work personally, I will be on the job site daily. I hope I can ease the stress and devastation that these storms have caused, and I'm so very sorry for those who have lost nearly everything. Please don't hesitate to reach out for anything.

We have been busy all winter long. With such a mild winter we have been outside until this past week. I was finally able to get a bathroom remodel done. Brooke and Kurtis Foland, have waited 11 months on us to get to them. It was a pleasure working with them and I can't wait to start their kitchen soon!

Wow! I haven't posted anything for quite a while. We have been so busy this year, it's unreal. We have done basement finishes, ICF foundations plus all the flatwork, pole barns, driveways, additions, a ton of seamless gutters. Naturally I forget to take pictures of any of them. But I did remember to take a couple of the post frame building we built on Main street, Missouri Valley.

Awesome news for us! I now offer financing. It's so simple, it literally took me less than two minutes to get qualified for myself. I was playing around with the app. It doesn't ding your credit score and there's no obligation to use the money. Interest rates are competitive also.
