So glad we had nice weather with no wind to get this done. This one was probably the tallest one we have done.

This customer had a leaky chimney. Someone had just caulked flashing up against the brick, which we see commonly , which eventually pulled away from the chimney so we made a cricket with the proper flashing as well as cut counter flashing into the chimney.

This is an old trailer home that has the 2x2 rafters that someone built a roof structure over. I wish I would have taken pictures of the before but it was in rough shape with leaks all over and overhangs that had no rhyme or reason. I was leary to even walk on it. We tore it all apart but had to re-use the main structure they built because the soffit was built in to it, which was actually solid. The end result turned of really nice and was cost efficient for the customer. And yes I did finish screwing the cap so there was no gaps. I just didn’t get pictures of it when I was done 😊

The guys did a great job on this! Miserable weather with 40 to 50 mph winds and freezing weather but they got it done and did it right

Another job done. This one was a kind of custom job and it turned out pretty nice. I didn’t get pictures before I roofed it but it looked the same as the walls. It helped that the customer was a contractor and architect. Made this job easier
