Common air pressure issue due to unsealed take offs with flex crossover being ripped or collapsed liner resulting in low air flow at vents and losing air underneath home or in under belly rather than inside your home. Air Doctor replaced flex line with mastic sealed long lasting 10" hard pipe and 2 10" elbows to allow max air volume and no potential of air loss.

Service call : customer says closet and bathroom flooded locate and repair water leak.

Performed Winter PM service..Cleaned and inspected heat exchanger, draft, igniter, limits and sensors on this unit.. Most likely this customer would have been left in the cold sooner than they would like with out the service performed today. Found dirty flame sensor , clogged burners and orifices allowing some rollback with potential fire hazard inside unit. Replaced this furnace platform built with unsupported sagging pressed wood. Added supports at each furnace and closed in with plywood with air tite foam seal. Upgraded area with carbon monoxide detection and commercial grade floor sealant.
