How do you think we did here?

Top Tier Bathworks is a locally owned and operated small business serving the Des Moines metro and surrounding areas we’ve been extremely busy lately and we wanted to share with you one of our most recent completed projects!

We removed over 6,000 pounds of plaster and lath board out of this bathroom! We completely gutted, reconfigured a few things, insulated all the exterior walls, hung new Mold&Moisture resistant drywall, placed a washer and dryer hook up in the bathroom, new knock down and orange peel texture, laid a new lvp flooring with a sound Barrier underlayment, new trim around the bathroom, and we took an installed our 3x6 pressed subway style walls and a new shower pan with an oil rub bronze fixtures and finishes threwout the rest of the bathroom. we installed a new linen cabinet two new white 36” vanities and our friends over at NexGen baths helped us get a custom sized vanity top made to meet our customers needs!

We are so happy with the results on this one! We definitely didn’t have our work cut out for us over here, with our main focus on providing top notch quality work we had to dive in a little deep on this one!

The pre-existing shower had some major issues that created some water leaking by and SOAKING the floor we knew we couldn’t leave it that way, so we got right to it!

We took this bathroom and completely flipped it inside out and gave it a little more of different feel and a different layout.

This bathroom was a very small space with very little room and the home owner wanted it to feel more spacious so we got right to work on it.

We tore out the existing tub, moved the toilet location, moved the vanity location, changed the swing of the door, laid new vinyl plank flooring, and a new shower!

We all know sometimes our bathrooms are not the size we are all wanting so how about taking the space and making it something that accommodates your wants and needs better?

There is definitely nothing that compares to the final results of such simple changes.

With this funky old school bulkhead built into the shower area there was just no where to get a shower head.

We tore the bulkhead out sheeted the ceiling and the walls and wrapped it all in a smooth white acrylic.
