The catch? We can work Fast and for Cheap, but it won't be Good. We can give you Good work for Cheap, but it won't be Fast. Nearly all

This attention to detail, coupled with outlining our estimation processes clearly, being honest about our abilities, and being open to change throughout any project due to a client's scheduling or budgetary needs has quickly proven to be the best way to make sure everyone is happy (just ask our repeat customers!). Urgently seeking a part time person to help with various odd and lawn maintenance jobs.

The right candidate must;
• have a positive attitude,
• be courteous to our customers,
• dress professionaly, appropriately, but comfortably for each type of job assigned,
• follow directions well,
• have a willingness to learn new skills,
• not be afraid to ask questions,
• and be on time to meet up and ride with a foreman to each job.

Hours vary depending on workload. This would be a great fit for anyone looking for extra income, and has the potential evolve into a full time position.

A homeowner needed someone to assemble and install the 20 foot long motorized retractable awning with LED lights and remote she purchased for her back patio.

However, this install wouldn't be as quick and easy as most other awning installs due to the lack of space between the door and window tops and the roof soffets. There was just no place to mount it to the outside wall of her home.

Mounting directly to the facia would require removal of the gutters, but doing that would leave the new awning susceptible to rain damage. Undermounting it from the soffets themselves would leave the gutters in tact, but wouldn't do well either because it would still create too low of a ceiling height.

We needed to, "raise the roof," so to speak...

And that's exactly what we did!

Ever Better built and installed a sturdy ledger board on top on the roof itself using special brackets, allowing ample height and avoiding any adjustments to the gutters.

Even the crew was in "awe"-ning of this solution ;)

From builder biege beginnings, these living spaces have set the tone for "olive" the family to gather for a warm welcome. The dining room at the home's entrance now flows seamlessly into the large and open floorplan living room and kitchen combo through two broad halls adorning the same shade of a deep, serene green, mimicing the untouched pine forest setting just beyond the large windows that allow ample natural light to envelope each of its architecturally interesting corners.
