We updated this bathroom by removing an awkward corner tub and shower, moved some plumbing, and installed new tile. You don't always have to redo everything in a space to achieve an updated look!

This bathroom remodel grew from a few simple upgrades into a complete gut job. Over time, incorrect building practices resulted in substantial rot and floor shifting. It's safe to say, this one went from simple to stunning. It also has the added benefit of being done correctly!

We just wrapped up this laundry/ mud room addition! The customer wanted additional storage space, to isolate the laundry room, and to establish a main entrance to the house. Included in the new addition is a new laundry room behind a pocket door, custom cabinetry, a widened foyer entry, a new mahogany front door and staircase along with new tile and lighting.
