Finished up this 20’ x 12’ patio cover and it turned out great!

We installed a 3-inch insulated roof system to help keep the area cooler and cut down on the sound of the rain. It’s also prewired and ready for the customer to add a ceiling fan or light.

To finish it off, we installed a 6-inch seamless gutter with leaf guard and a 3” x 4” downspout to handle the water coming off the roof.

A nice, clean addition that gives them a comfortable outdoor space they can enjoy year-round.

🚧 Problem solved! This stoop had an awkward gap between the steps and the house, plus it was way too short on the left side—making it look unfinished and risky for water pooling. 😩
We stepped in and completely transformed it:
✅ Closed the gap for a seamless, secure fit
✅ Extended the left side for better balance and functionality
✅ Installed premium 6-inch seamless gutters with 3x4 downspouts and leaf guards to keep everything protected from clogs and water damage year-round! 🌧️💪
