Another solid upgrade completed for a homeowner here locally ⚡️

This project was a full 100 Amp sub panel upgrade — replacing an outdated panel with a new, properly installed system built for safety and reliability.

We upgraded the existing feeder from a 3-wire setup to a 4-wire system, bringing the installation up to current code with proper separation of neutrals and grounds. The new panel was outfitted with all dual-function breakers (AFCI/GFCI), adding a major layer of protection for the home and family.

We also cleaned up and re-terminated all branch circuits, giving the panel a much more organized, professional finish that’s built to last.

This is a perfect example of how older electrical systems can be modernized the right way — safer, cleaner, and fully code-compliant.

Another 200 Amp Service Upgrade wrapped up ⚡

The home’s existing system just wasn’t keeping up anymore, so we got them upgraded to a properly sized 200 amp service with all new equipment and a solid grounding system.

We also added a generator interlock with a 50 amp inlet, so when the next storm rolls through, they can hook up a generator and keep the lights on, fridge running, and house comfortable.

Around here, power outages aren’t a matter of if — it’s when. This setup gives them a safe, code-compliant way to be ready.

Completed a full 200 Amp Panel Upgrade to replace outdated electrical equipment and improve the home’s safety and reliability.

This project included installing a new main breaker panel, properly terminating all existing branch circuits, and bringing the system up to current NEC code requirements.

We also installed whole-home surge protection to help protect appliances and electronics.

Installed a new 36kW electric tankless water heater, designed to deliver endless hot water for the entire home. 🔥

⚡️⚡️Due to the high electrical demand, this system required multiple dedicated 240V circuits and was paired with a 400 amp service upgrade to properly support the load.

The existing electrical system was no longer capable of safely handling the home’s load, so we upgraded to a properly sized 400 amp service with dual main panels, new service riser, and full grounding system.
