Job Title: Tri-Axle Dump Truck Driver
Company Overview

We are a growing heavy civil construction company specializing in earthwork, site development, and underground utilities. Our team focuses on moving dirt efficiently and safely while delivering high-quality infrastructure projects.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and safety-focused Tri-Axle Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant driving experience and a strong commitment to safe, efficient operation.

This position involves hauling dirt, stone, aggregate, and other construction materials to and from job sites while working closely with project supervisors, equipment operators, and other crew members.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a tri-axle dump truck to transport dirt, stone, aggregate, and other construction materials
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
Safely load, haul, and dump materials at job sites and designated locations
Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies
Maintain accurate daily logs, tickets, and other required documentation
Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, equipment operators, and job site personnel
Keep assigned truck clean and in good operating condition
Assist with basic truck maintenance and daily inspections as needed
Safely navigate active construction sites and varying terrain
Work efficiently to support project schedules and meet daily production goals
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant commercial driving experience required
Valid CDL required
Experience operating a tri-axle dump truck strongly preferred
Clean and acceptable driving record
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
Ability to safely operate around heavy equipment and active construction sites
Ability to perform required vehicle inspections and identify potential safety or maintenance issues
Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather and job site conditions
Work Environment
Driving between construction sites, material suppliers, and disposal locations
Regular work around active heavy civil construction operations
Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Full-time position with potential overtime
Early start times may be required depending on project schedules

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with earthwork, grading, excavation, and utility installation
Help install underground utilities including water, sewer, and storm drain
Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely
Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work environment
Assist equipment operators and pipe crews as needed
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work effectively with supervisors and crew members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

Construction or labor experience preferred but not required

We're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator with GPS machine control experience to join our team. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, graders, and loaders
Perform mass grading, fine grading, and excavation work
Operate GPS machine control systems (Topcon, Trimble, or similar)
Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and grade stakes
Assist with underground utility installation, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems
Complete daily equipment inspections and perform basic preventative maintenance
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule
Qualifications
