No “after” pictures on this one—we were too busy making sure this family had A/C before moving in! 🔧❄️

This package unit hadn’t run in over a year, and the house was 89 degrees on move-in day. We took the unit apart and thoroughly cleaned the return-air box, blower fan, indoor evaporator coil, and outdoor condenser coil. We also replaced the capacitors and added R-410A refrigerant to get the system operating again.

The job continued well after dark, so all we captured were the “before” pictures—but the most important result was getting the air conditioner running for the family that night.
