Heading to the California Ambulatory Surgery Association (CASA) Conference in Monterey next week, we're highlighting a featured project in the healthcare space: Surgical Artistry, a design-build, ground-up cosmetic surgery center and medical office building.

The project features a fully equipped operating room, multiple exam rooms, a dedicated learning room, and an elegant lobby with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Even the acre behind the building was designed with intention, landscaped into a striking yin yang symbol.

Progress you can see 🏗️

The exterior facade at our JS West Headquarters project is officially going up! With the structural steel frame set, our crews are now setting precast concrete tilt-up panels finished with a brick veneer, adding texture and durability to the building envelope while keeping pace with an efficient tilt-up er****on sequence.

14,000,000 pounds of concrete. One slab. 🏗️

This is the slab pour from our 2018 Jelly Belly Warehouse expansion in Fairfield, CA — a 106,000 sq ft, ground-up, design-build tilt-up warehouse.

Over 3,550 yards of concrete went into this pour alone.

Some builds start small. This one started big, and we're grateful Jelly Belly trusted us to bring it to life.

We are proud that Lightfighter Village has received Gold Nugget Award of Merit Honors for Best Supportive / Transitional Housing.

Located in Marina, CA, this ground-up, 71-unit community provides permanent housing and vital supportive services for low-income veterans. The campus features amenities designed to foster well-being, including a community room, computer lab, meditation room, fitness center, courtyard, community garden, play structure, pet wash station, and solar carports.

We are grateful to our client, EAH Housing, our dedicated trade partners, and the entire Huff Construction team for helping us build this supportive environment for those who have served our country.

Our team is making excellent progress on the Rossmoor Pickleball Courts. Er****on of the building's steel frame is now complete, marking a significant step forward for the project.

Once finished, the 12,793-square-foot indoor facility will house six courts along with player and staff support spaces.

This project continues our history on the Rossmoor campus, sitting just next door to the Rossmoor Event Center. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with this valued repeat client once again to deliver another high-quality facility built to our highest standards.

The structural steel framework for the new JS West Headquarters has taken shape, and watching this multi-story structure come together over the last few weeks has been a proud moment for our entire team.

This milestone wouldn't be possible without the incredible teamwork and dedication from our field crew and trade partners. Seeing this four-story facility standing tall is a huge step forward, and we couldn't be more proud to be building something special right here in Modesto for and the entire Central Valley community.

We are proud to announce the completion of the brand-new Ashley Furniture Store at 3900 Sisk Road in Modesto. This project represents a remarkable full-circle moment for Huff Construction, as our team originally built this very shopping center back in the early 2000s.

More than two decades later, we returned to the 36,400-square-foot footprint to execute a targeted exterior façade refresh and a complete custom interior buildout. Throughout our 55-year history, we have focused on building structures that last, and seeing this center standing strong today is a true testament to that commitment.

Thank you to our client for their partnership, and to Architecture Design Collaborative for the excellent design collaboration.
