Incredible progress at Pacific Avenue Senior Homes!

This 79-unit senior affordable housing community in Livermore, CA is moving into its next phase. With the exterior siding and windows in place, our team has shifted focus inside, where drywall is complete and cabinetry, trim, and doors are being installed throughout the units.

Outside, crews are pouring the concrete flatwork that will shape the central courtyard, the heart of the U-shaped layout and a future gathering space for residents.

Every finished detail brings us one step closer to welcoming seniors home. We’re grateful to partner once again with Satellite Affordable Housing Associates - SAHA , a valued repeat client, along with , to continue Building Excellence for the Livermore community.

We’re proud to announce the completion of Boyett Petroleum's () new corporate headquarters in Riverbank, CA!

This tenant improvement turned an existing building into a modern office built around Boyett’s growing team, with private executive offices, open-concept workstations, technology-integrated conference rooms, lounges, and a full break room. Every space was designed for collaboration and for welcoming customers, vendors, and industry partners.

We’re grateful to the Boyett Petroleum team for the opportunity to be part of their next chapter, to for a great design, and to all of our trade partners who helped bring it to life. We look forward to seeing this space serve Boyett for years to come.

Featured Project: The Campus Clubhouse at The Collective in Manteca, CA.

This 10,000-square-foot, health-forward clubhouse was designed to be the heart of the neighborhood. Residents enjoy a resort-style pool and spa, a fitness center, bocce ball and pickleball courts, walking trails, and plenty of space to gather. Inside, a coffee and w**e bar and a demonstration kitchen bring people together, while the dog park, outdoor patio, and amphitheater keep the community connected outdoors.

Great communities are built on great relationships, with owners, design teams, and trade partners alike. Proud to have built this one together.

Wrapping up a great few days at the CASA Conference in Monterey. Thanks to everyone we had the chance to connect with.

Healthcare construction takes many forms, and Sutter Tracy Care Center is a great example of what we do: design-build, ground-up construction of a 46,000 sq ft, two-story medical office building shell for Sutter Gould Medical Foundation, along with four acres of site improvements.

Heading to the California Ambulatory Surgery Association (CASA) Conference in Monterey next week, we're highlighting a featured project in the healthcare space: Surgical Artistry, a design-build, ground-up cosmetic surgery center and medical office building.

The project features a fully equipped operating room, multiple exam rooms, a dedicated learning room, and an elegant lobby with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Even the acre behind the building was designed with intention, landscaped into a striking yin yang symbol.

Progress you can see 🏗️

The exterior facade at our JS West Headquarters project is officially going up! With the structural steel frame set, our crews are now setting precast concrete tilt-up panels finished with a brick veneer, adding texture and durability to the building envelope while keeping pace with an efficient tilt-up er****on sequence.

Steel and precast working together, panel by panel. Grateful for our team and trade partners driving this progress forward.

14,000,000 pounds of concrete. One slab. 🏗️

This is the slab pour from our 2018 Jelly Belly Warehouse expansion in Fairfield, CA — a 106,000 sq ft, ground-up, design-build tilt-up warehouse.

Over 3,550 yards of concrete went into this pour alone.

Some builds start small. This one started big, and we're grateful Jelly Belly trusted us to bring it to life.
