Have you ever heard of composite framing lumber? Well now you have! On this walkway we used Owens Corning composite lumber for the rough framing, it will not rot, rust, splinter, or warp and has a limited lifetime warranty. For the decking we install Wolf Serenity series PVC decking in Rosewood which also has a limited lifetime product warranty and a 50 year stain and fade warranty. And the railings we used Keylink Outlook series in textured black which also has a limited lifetime material warranty. This walkway is truly once and done no painting, staining, or replacing rotten wood it will be there for a lifetime.
