A big thank you to The Sippery Coffee Co. () for keeping our crew fueled while we work! There’s nothing better than great coffee and even better community support.

This week, our team completed Phase One of the restoration project at Monmouth Christian Church () servicing nine units total. We’re honored to play a small role in helping preserve a space that serves so many people in the community.

Projects like these are a reminder of why we love what we do—working alongside local businesses, churches, and families to keep the places that matter running comfortably and efficiently. We’re looking forward to returning later this year as the next phase of the project continues.

Meet the owners behind Over The Top Heating & Air: Jeff and Aaron.

While you’ll usually find them hard at work serving customers rather than talking about themselves, the heart of this company starts with these two men and the values they bring to every job.

One thing they both have in common is a commitment to doing what’s right. Whether it’s the most profitable decision or not, Jeff and Aaron believe in taking care of people first. That commitment to honesty, integrity, and serving customers well is a big part of what has helped Over The Top grow over the years.

Aaron is a husband, adoptive and foster dad, and a lifelong Independence, Oregon local. He has a heart for foster care, loves spending time with his family, cheering on his kids at sporting events, enjoying a good BBQ, and making memories camping with those he loves. He’s hardworking, generous, and the kind of person who will always put others before himself.

Jeff is known for his incredible attention to detail and high standards. He’s a perfectionist in the best way possible, noticing things others might miss and taking pride in doing the job right. Outside of work, you’ll find him camping, riding his dirt bike, and spending time with family.

At the end of the day, Over The Top isn’t just built on heating and cooling systems BUT it’s built on hard work, integrity, family values, and a genuine desire to serve people well.

This week, Jeff, Aaron, & Cole all teamed up for a larger install out in the deeper part of Portland, Oregon, and days like this are always a good reminder that Over The Top is built on teamwork!

This install has brought long days, lots of moving parts, and plenty of problem solving, but these guys always show up ready to serve their customers well and support each other along the way.
