Gearing up for a productive Labor Day weekend!

Demo day is done, and now it’s time to rebuild!

We removed the old porch cover and deck and brought in new materials ahead of the veteran home restoration project we are helping with this weekend.

We are honored to team up with Dwell In Your Neighborhood// Nicole Brittingham on this project, making necessary repairs and upgrades to a Vietnam veteran’s home!

Looking forward to seeing the finished project come together this weekend. 🇺🇸

Finished up this garage demolition project last Friday.

We loaded out the remaining debris, cleaned up the site, and smoothed out the dirt to get it ready for the next phase of construction.

With the old garage removed and the site cleaned up, it’s ready for the new shop to start taking shape.

Yesterday we demolished this old cinder block garage to make room for a new shop.

The garage had served its purpose, but it was time to clear the site and start fresh. Now the cleanup begins and the next phase of the project can get underway.

Looking forward to seeing the new shop take shape.

Cleaning up the last of this year’s seasoned firewood before it’s time to thin more trees.

Hauling off burnable wood and clearing space to deck fresh logs for next summer. Firewood is one of those things you always have to stay a season ahead on, and I’m already getting ready for next year’s stack.

Nothing goes to waste around here. 🌲🪵🚜

The skilled trades were never a second choice, they’ve always been essential.

For too long, we’ve acted like success only comes one way. Meanwhile, the people building roads, installing water lines, wiring homes, pouring concrete, and running heavy equipment have been keeping our communities moving every single day.

There’s pride in working with your hands. There’s honor in building something that lasts. And there’s a real opportunity to make a great living while creating things people depend on.

If you’re considering a career in the trades, don’t let anyone convince you it’s “less than.” The world will always need skilled people who know how to build, fix, and create.

Proud to be a small part of this incredible project. 🇺🇸❤️

In just a few weeks, volunteers, contractors, and local businesses will come together in Molalla to restore the home of Vietnam veteran Lyn Kincaid.

This project is only possible because our community continues to step up and say “yes.” So many generous people have already donated their time, materials, and expertise, but we’re not quite to the finish line yet.

We’re still looking for help with:
• Fencing materials and installation
• Additional decking materials
• A large roll-off dumpster
• Siding materials

Whether you’re a contractor, supplier, business owner, or someone who simply wants to make a difference, every contribution matters.

I’m honored to be helping with this project, and I can’t wait to see what our community accomplishes together. It’s about more than repairing a home, it’s about showing appreciation for a veteran who served our country and reminding him that his community hasn’t forgotten him.
