When you’re obsessed with proper building envelope technique, it is hard to not notice when it’s been done incorrectly. Where will rain water go on this building? Right inside the walls. What happens next? Rot. They had the right materials but placing them in the wrong order is the different between water resistant and water intrusion! Would you notice this on a home or building?

Not your ordinary contractors over here. Throwback to the moment the glulam was perfectly positioned after being craned over the home where the operator couldn't even see the other side! Curious how that works?
