This was a transformation.
I had a customer who had some tenants move out of their rental property. They left the house in a state of serious neglect, to say the least.
But one project at a time, and we've restored what was inhabitable into a house worth coming home to.
These pictures just can not do this project enough justice. A few final touches and this place will be complete.

This house was built in 2023. My customer was the second owner. She called concerned over a smell in one of the bedrooms. After pulling the carpet we knew this was where the smell was coming from.
Installed some LVP and no more smell!

When I say no job is too small, I mean it. This customer simply did not like that their water meter box kept filling up with dirt. So I got it all cleaned out, and added some wooden slats to block any dirt from eroding in their again.
