Entire 1300 sqft house jacked up almost 2 inches in some spots . cut all floor joist out and subfloor out. 97 floor joist replaced and and sill plates!!! All new subfloor 3/4 tongue and groove. Termites and water will get you everytime!! Time for electrical and plumbing. Doing it right is alot more work and time but it'll be new house when im done!!
