We are looking for a Landscape & Property Maintenance Team Member to join our growing team.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and likes variety throughout the week. While lawn mowing and property maintenance will be your primary responsibilities, you'll also have opportunities to assist with landscaping, hydroseeding, hardscape projects, and more.

Your daily responsibilities may include:

- Lawn mowing and property maintenance
- Landscape bed maintenance (weeding, trimming, edging, and cleanups)
- Mulch and stone installation
- Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Hydroseeding and lawn installations
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Assisting with landscape, hardscape, and excavation projects as needed

We're looking for someone who:

- Shows up on time and is dependable
- Has a positive attitude
- Takes pride in quality work
- Works well with others
- Is willing to learn and grow
- Enjoys working outdoors
- Can communicate professionally with customers

Experienced candidates are a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

The Best Hardscape Installers Don't Just Lay Pavers—They Build Something That Lasts.

We're looking for an experienced Hardscape Installer / Crew Leader to join our growing team.

If you take pride in your work, enjoy building high-end outdoor spaces, and want to work for a company that values quality over quantity, we'd love to talk.

We're looking for someone with:

🔹 2+ years of professional hardscape installation experience
🔹 Experience installing paver patios and walkways using open-graded base systems
🔹 Experience building segmental retaining walls (SRW)
🔹 Experience operating skid steers and excavators
🔹 Experience using a laser level and grade rod
🔹 Knowledge of proper material placement and compaction
🔹 Experience installing drainage systems
🔹 Basic landscape installation and hydroseeding experience
🔹 Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, partner saws, dustless table saws, compactors, and other hardscape equipment
🔹 Experience driving trucks and trailers

🚛 CDL is a major bonus!

The Best Operators Don't Just Move Dirt — They Build Something That Lasts.

Rescom is hiring!

We are looking for an experienced Equipment Operator / Landscape Construction Team Member to join our hardscape and excavation team.

Your daily responsibilities may include:

- Operating excavators, skid steers, trucks, and trailers
- Operating hand tools, power tools, specialty equipment, and more
- Installing plant materials and landscapes
- Installing paver patios, retaining walls, and other hardscape features
- Installing drainage systems, utility trenching, and more

We're looking for a candidate who comes READY TO WORK in our machines and equipment.

Experienced candidates should:

- Efficiently operate an excavator
- Cut trenches to grade
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain a safe and productive work area
- Finish grade with a track machine, power rake, and/or landscape rake
- Prepare yards for seed and sod
- Properly use a laser level
- Understand elevation changes and adjust grades on the fly
- Have experience building paver patios and retaining walls
- Be willing to jump in and help wherever needed
