Unfortunately, we don't have before photos of this project, but we do have after! We painted the exterior of this home, removed old cedar shingles, re-sheeted the roof, and replaced the old shingles with composite shingles.

We installed Pabco Premier antique black shingles, new vents, perimeter metal around the roof and new boot flashing!

And we’re back! Here is a 55 square hip roof with 5/12 pitch. We replaced the old felt paper with synthetic underlayment. We also replaced the turtle vents, boot flashing, gable metal, drip edge, skylight flashing, and chimney flashing.

This client was overdue for a new roof and we’re honored to be the company he chose. 🙌
24 square installation of Pabco Premier pewter gray shingles with all new synthetic underlayment, drip edge, T-metal for gable metal, new turtle vents, and boot flashing.

Lincoln City roof project. It’s always a good time working a few blocks from the beach. :)
For this client we removed the old shingles on the main house and garage. We installed pewter gray Pabco Premier laminated fiberglass shingles. We made sure to use stainless steel nails due to the salty coast air. We installed new drip edge, gable metal, ridge vent, boot flashing and we also installed new heavy duty (6K) gutters for this client!

Look at the difference new siding and new paint makes!
We removed the old over-lap siding in the front of the house, patched and repaired the T1-11 in spots that were delaminated.

We installed fiber cement siding, new trim around all windows and doors. We also framed and installed a 2’0 x 3’0 vinyl window in the laundry room on the back side of the home.
For the interior, we painted the walls excluding the ceiling at the request of the client. The inside was a blah grayish color so we painted interior walls a nice, clean white.

This client had a leaking front door that caused the sheeting in front of the door to delaminate. We went ahead and removed the carpet that was in the kitchen area and installed laminate vinyl plank flooring. We installed a new exterior front door and made sure to foam insulate around the door. We also built 4’x8’ porch cover. :)

It was about time for a new roof, so this client got in touch with us and let us know that her roof was leaking into her bedroom closet! We immediately paid a visit the following day, provided an estimate, and explained the process.

After we were done installing her new roof (Pabco premier laminated fiberglass shingles, pewter gray) we cleaned up the rest of the material and debris and did multiple magnet sweeps around the perimeter of their home to make sure no roofing nails or metals were missed! Look at the difference before and after this kitchen remodel! We installed new, natural hickory kitchen cabinets w/ hardware, new counter tops, new sink & faucet, new microwave. We also did an orange peel textured finish on the walls with new paint.
