In Fall 2024, we completed this house in Greene, Maine. What a great starter home for this young couple. We hope they enjoy it for years on their private lot. Phew! 2024 has come and gone, and we are finally going through all of the pictures of projects we completed last year. Get ready for photo dumps in the next few posts! This was a project we finished on Maranacook last summer. Great house design by Noteworthy Designs. Our excellent subcontractors are with us until the end of every project. AW Bachelder & Sons for excavation, Rodrigue Electrical, Jason Houston Plumbing & Heating, Top of the Line Drywall, Dave's Appliance, Christine Tetreault (painting), Matt Howard (finishes), and Mid Maine Generator. We also need to send a special thanks to our foreman, Jeff Randall. He has been top-notch over the last year, helping us with all these projects. Bring on 2025!!

It was a pleasure working with a young couple and first time home buyer building this house for them in Farmingdale. This is a three bedroom, two bath home on a radiant heated slab. They are all moved in and love it! Before and after pictures. Total Rebuild! Here is a job we completed this past spring on Cobbossee Lake. This old camp was actually moved to a different location. We want to thank TJ Sylvester from Noteworthy Designs for the beautiful design in the space we had to work with. Also want to thank AW Bachelder Excavation on a very tough site to excavate. Big thanks to Livermore Concrete Foundation, Concrete Specialist for floors, Houston Plumbing and Heating for plumbing, Protech for heat pumps and Rodrigue Electric, Central Insulation, Top of the Line Drywall, Christine Tetreault for painting, Rocky's Stove shop for propane stove, Mid Maine Generator for on demand generator. RGC, LLC has been busy in the last year. Here is a colonial that was built last fall. Two car garage, master bedroom upstairs with master bath, two bedrooms with shared full bath. One den/bedroom down stairs with kitchen/living/dinning area, 1/2 bath downstairs and separate washer/dryer area. Perfect family home.

Its been awhile since we posted, here are some updated pictures from early fall 2022 of this house we completed on Maranacook Lake. We would like to thank so many people that were involved in this project. Noteworthy Designs, TJ Sylvester for building plans, AW Bachelder and Son, Livermore Concrete, NE Carpentry, LLC Nate and his crew, Central Insulation, Houston Plumbing and Heating, Rodrigue Electric LLC, Sunco Pump and Well Drilling, Christine Tetreault for painting, E. Carrier Shelving, Josephs Flooring and Tim Letourneau for his excellent tiling skills. Protech, Dave's Appliance, Buzzard Masonry for retaining walls and patio and Mid Maine Generator. The homeowners are excited to start spending time on the lake this year.
