Sunshine and water views are in-store for the future residents of Waterfront at River Place. Phase one of this new development in Monona, WI, is under construction and includes 125 units. Project Team members, Emily Mader, Justin Stuebs, and Barry Yang, were recently on site checking on the progress.

Dirt is moving in Brighton, CO! Congratulations to Brighton Housing Authority on the groundbreaking of Ravenfield Senior Apartments!

Ravenfield was thoughtfully designed to fit into the fabric of the surrounding neighborhood, with 46 units and amenities that foster social interaction and a sense of community.

This 2,393 sq. ft. tenant build-out, located in the heart of Madison's Black Business Hub (Urban League of Greater Madison ), blends education, community and high-end style. The design includes:

Audubon Nature Center sits along Lake Michigan, just north of Milwaukee, and is comprised of forests, prairies, and wetlands. The Nature Center offers hiking, birding, and environmental education year round.

JLA team members recently visited and helped remove some invasive plants—getting a little dirty while enjoying the views and sounds of Lake Michigan.

Since 1994, Aldo Leopold Nature Center has been providing opportunities for the community to connect with nature—their early childhood and youth programs engage and educate students, and their trails are open to the public year round.

Our team visited recently to help dig posts for a new natural music area, and apply bird glass to the building. They also answered a lot of questions from curious young minds, wondering, "what are you doing?"
