Was so excited to do this remodel for a dear friend that I didn’t take enough “before” photos. But here’s the list of everything done: Starting off with a complete new HVAC system, demo the entire kitchen and the dropped soffit, got rid of the popcorn ceiling, an entirely new electrical system and lighting adding 26 can lights from the previous 4 that were in the house, removed all the vinyl and carpet. All new doors and millwork and luxury vinyl flooring. Added a new gas fireplace and relocated the television with a mantle mount for comfortable viewing when the fire isn’t in use. Massive transformation moving the interior of this home from circa 1978 to 2025.
