It's important to understand that sometimes when one board goes bad, it can also damage the other board for the corresponding unit. If your main breaker panel breakers look like this, you may have a serious problem! These breakers were not properly seated inside the breaker panel which caused them to lose power to the outdoor unit. This could also result in burning up your main breaker panel causing you to have to get it replaced. This can become quite expensive! We got the opportunity to replace another member of our Henson Air Repair LLC family's heat pump system. They were having big water issues with the old unit due to multiple refrigerant leaks causing the coil to freeze often as well as a bad blower motor and drain design. Unfortunately the cost of repairs for their 14 yr old system would have been too much to justify. We got them back up and running in less than 6 hours! What a blessing!!! I just got to replace my mom and dad's heat pump system! 😃! Of all the systems I've had to replace over almost 15 years, this one truly blessed me the most! My 14 yr old son, stayed on my side for the entire process and he learned a LOT! But being able to honor my parents like this is something I pray everyone in our industry gets to experience!
