Who We Are

Hello,

My name is Jonathan Ferriss and I am a husband, father, pastor, and a business owner. I love people and getting to fellowship with people, from all walks of life. After graduating college, my professional career started in the financial sector in 2012, executing loans for consumers and commercial lending. In 2014 I relocated to Houston, TX to pursue industrial projects controls and project management. I have experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control, contracts & procurement, and supply chain management. I had the opportunity to oversee many multi-million dollar maintenance financial projects within Enterprise Products in Mont Belvieu, TX and implemented many multi-million dollar supply chain management contracts within Motiva Enterprises, in Port Arthur, TX.

After nearly 10 years of building my career and growing my influence, God began to put Monroe and the surrounding areas on my heart for a ministry purpose. After much prayer and fasting, my wife and our family moved back to our home town. We began serving as associate pastors for Increase Church in March of 2019. In parallel, I took a job at a large manufacturing plant overseeing their storeroom and its procurement management process. After five months of continuous improvement and continuous leadership shifts, I was let go.

Though, the easier thing would have been to return to our steady paying career in Texas, I felt God saying to continue stay grounded here. So I decided to go back to the one thing I have always enjoyed and did while obtaining my first college degree, and that was providing people with affordable, dependable, and professional lawn care services.
