I've been dabbling in some the new AI rendering programs to help enhance some of our renderings and make them look even more spectacular. Here is a local small project I worked on in 2023 that was completed in early 2024. For those of you familiar with the Grayson, GA area you may remember a long time beauty shop on the corner of Hwy 84 and GA 20. Back in late 2022 a vehicle drove into the front entry damaging the building. I had the task of redesigning the front of the building. The owner wanted something simple, but also some nice that would make it look updated. Below are pics of before, a proposed rendering, and the actual completed product.

We have a few nice projects that my design team has been working on this year. There is nice gym project in Snellville that rolled over from last year (we are still dealing with some zoning issues), a huge house for one of my contractor clients in the McDonough area, a coastal beach house on the marsh in SC, and a doctor's office in Lawrenceville. I will post some pics and renders as we continue to move forward with these projects.

What a crazy past week it has been. From Helene decimating the Southeast, to the Biolab fire in Conyers (only 10 miles or so from me), the events going on in Israel over the past couple days, and the political bantering for upcoming presidential election, my mind is just spinning right now. Thankfully 2024 will be soon winding down and coming to an end, and not soon enough. On the design side 2024 has been a good year. I've been fortunate enough to stay fairly busy so I wont complain. I have a couple exciting projects that we are working on and I will post updates on them in the near future. Let hope 2025 will continue with more great design opportunities.

My client in Warner Robbins just recently opened a wine bar that I designed for her. The name of the business is La Vino. So if you are in the area and looking for a nice place to enjoy some wine and chesses in a relaxing atmosphere please go check it out. Its at the intersection of Richard Russell Pkwy and S. I recently checked on the status of one of my projects under construction on Lake Sinclair. This lake house is going to be a 2000 sf 3 bdrm 2 bath cabin.

We currently have a remodel client whos project is under renovation in Warner Robins, Georgia. Our client is converting a barber shop into a wine bar. The Macon Telegraph recently published an article about the soon to come wine bar. Please click on the link below to read the article.

The couple behind this new spot opening soon met in Warner Robins. Both have military backgrounds.
