Most contractors show up and wait for the adjuster to tell them what is covered. 👀

Matt shows up early, climbs on the roof, and builds the entire case before the adjuster ever pulls into the driveway.

In this video he is already on the roof cleaning out gutters packed with oak leaves, marking every gutter, every downspout, and a $3,000 custom standing seam metal piece that most roofers would completely overlook.
