Today marks 5 years since Superior Plumbing & Drains opened our Gastonia location, and what an incredible journey it has been!

What started as a commitment to providing honest, professional plumbing services has grown into something far greater than we ever imagined. Over the past five years, we've had the privilege of serving thousands of homeowners and businesses throughout Gastonia and the surrounding communities. We've celebrated victories, overcome challenges, expanded our team, and continued to learn and grow every step of the way.

None of this would have been possible without YOU.

🇺🇸🍽️ Last week we had a great afternoon at the VAREP Charlotte Chapter Lunch & Learn!

Superior Plumbing & Drains was honored to sponsor this event and share our story with an amazing group of real estate professionals, lenders, veterans, and community partners.

As a family-owned company serving the Charlotte region, we value building relationships and being a trusted resource for homeowners, property managers, investors, and fellow professionals.

One of the highlights of the event was learning more about the differences between FHA, VA, and Conventional loans. We gained valuable insight into the benefits VA loans provide and the opportunities available to help veterans achieve homeownership.

At Superior Plumbing & Drains, supporting veterans is something we deeply value. We are proud to have veterans and active military members on our team, and we look forward to sharing the information we learned with them. We are also honored to serve veterans throughout our community and proudly offer a 10% discount to all veteran and active-duty military customers as a small token of our appreciation for their service and sacrifice.

This past Sunday, May 24th, was National Scavenger Hunt Day, and we celebrated it the only way we know how… with a little friendly competition the Superior way.

Our team hit the ground running, snapping photos, completing challenges, and keeping everyone entertained along the way. We had an absolute blast watching the pictures roll in and seeing the creativity, teamwork, and laughs shared throughout the day.

🎉Happy Birthday, Walker!!!🎉

Walker has been part of the Superior team for a few years now, and in that time he’s become someone we know we can count on. Whether it’s tackling a tough job, learning something new, or jumping in to help wherever needed, he brings a great attitude and strong work ethic every single day.

We also recently learned that when he’s not working, you’ll probably find him out fishing or playing disc golf, which makes sense because patience, precision, and knowing how to handle pressure seem to come naturally to him.

Walker, we appreciate everything you do and hope this year brings you plenty of success, happiness, good memories, and maybe a fish story or two that gets a little more impressive every time you tell it.

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage, selflessness, and devotion to protecting our freedoms will never be forgotten.

Words and a single holiday can never fully express the gratitude we owe to those who gave all in service to our nation.

This Memorial Day, we remember the fallen, stand beside their families, and reflect on the freedoms made possible by their sacrifice.

May we never take that sacrifice for granted.

For the past SIX years, Teresa has been an incredible part of the Superior family, and we truly do not know what we would do without her! Between working full-time during the week at an accountant’s office and then spending her evenings and weekends answering phones for Superior Plumbing & Drains, she somehow still manages to always be kind, patient, friendly, and ready to help.

Our customers love her warm personality, and our technicians know they can always count on her support. No matter how busy things get, Teresa keeps going, always giving her best to our team and our customers.

We had the incredible honor of participating in this years 10-42 Memorial Golf Tournament & Silent Auction benefiting Correctional Peace Officers.

It was a privilege to support such a meaningful cause while spending the day alongside so many great people and organizations. We are are so grateful to have been part of an event that gives back to those who serve and sacrifice every day.
