Refined Outdoors LLC IS HIRING – Multiple positions!

Lawn maintenance laborers: task include mowing, edging, blowing, installation of sod, turf, mulch, pine needles, trimming shrubs. Driver’s license preferred but NOT REQUIRED.

Skilled hardscape laborers: assist in installing pavers, stone, and concrete to complement the landscape on residential and commercial properties. Projects include patios, walkways, steps, fire pits/chimneys, retaining walls, and driveways. Ability to operate skid steer, tractor, other equipment is preferred but NOT REQUIRED.

Seeking to find employees who are willing to learn.
- 40+ hours per week
- Monday – Friday
- Overtime pay
- Bonus pay

We had the pleasure to work with some really great people that trusted us in turning their house into something special. With over 900 shrubs/trees 4 truck loads of sod and 3500 sqft of pavers. We look forward to going back out there soon to start on the backyard around the pool. This won’t be the last time you see this awesome home and the pool will need to be in a magazine once it’s done.

We have been honored to work with this amazing church for the past few years. It has been great to be apart of this project. We are blessed to watch the progress of the building as well as see the rain come down on our work. Pastor said he wanted better grass around the entire church, and that is what he was given. Instead of going fescue with no irrigation and poor soil, we converted to 419 Bermuda grass. We are thankful to have worked with the following local businesses who donated 85,000 sqft of sod. (Almost 2 acres)

The before vs after on this job is completely different. It was such a pleasure to build this patio and waterfall and we got it done in time for the homeowners daughter to get married here. Homeowner came to me with an idea and a pile of rocks off of his land then said he here you go. A couple weeks later and this is what the finish product was.

THIS is why we love what we do. We received an email from a client, bragging on how good their landscape design and install looks that we did two years ago. This photo was taken 3 months after installation and it looks even better now!
