Tips for our new homeowners who have made thier first investment:
-Get your roof inspected annually.
Just because the house came with a roof does not mean it will last the life of the house!
-Get familiar.
You'll be able to easily identify if something is wrong if you keep and eye on things regularly. You can even take pictures to keep track of the life of your roof.
-Keep your roof and gutters clear.
Gutters serve an important purpose and won't be able to do that if they're not clear. Be sure to clean debris and keep moss and other environmental buildup off of your roof to prevent damage down the road.
-Lastly, keep our number handy.
Don't wait to call us if something is wrong. The quicker we handle the problem the more money you save! We're are happy, when you're happy.
