The last step in our collaborative three step process is the build phase.

After you plans and permits are approved, we'll put the team of contractors and experts together to complete your buildout.

Typical build-outs take 60-90 days depending on the scope of the project. During this time, you can meet with the contractors on-site.

Step 2 in our collaborative three step process of creating your home addition is the Permitting Process.

BuildADU will create and complete construction documents for your project including architectural and structural plans that is compliant with local city and state ordinances..

After, we'll get them approved for you! This process normally takes 20-40 days pre-covid and 30-60 days post-covid.
