It’s Not Rocket Science.
What we have discovered is successful companies exist and excel for several reasons but the most important reason they succeed is they solve a problem that someone needs solved. Or they provide an answer to a question that someone is asking. Period.
Once a company recognizes and uses this concept as its core foundation it will grow strongly and quickly.
When it loses sight of this core principal or strays from it, the company struggles. It loses its way forward.
Such a simple principal, but it happens every day (Bud Light, Target, Disney).
