Another one of our Pebble Beach projects is in the home stretch!!! Pavers completed, stone on front columns will start after the holidays. Exterior iron fence rails are in fabrication. Interior finishing touches are underway. Landscaping with custom putting greens will start after the holidays.

What a difference a year makes, literally! 12 months ago a massive Monterey Pine ripped through one of our clients homes in Monterey. We were called immediately to start the process of rebuilding, bigger & better than before. We had to initiate major demo to first assess the structural damage from the impact. After our redesign & permit process I’m happy to say that this beauty is back!!! Foundation & framing completed. Windows & exterior trim installed. After the holidays we will start all the horizontal lower siding with board & batten on the 2nd floor. It’s been quite the year for our amazing clients.

NEW PROJECT ALERT! Monterra Const Inc. will be starting off the New Year with a bang!!! After the holidays we will be leveling this old adobe home in Pebble Beach and building a custom 4700sq ft 2 story home on MPCC golf course.

Our crew has been hard at work at one of our Pebble Beach projects. Demo completed, front addition foundation completed. Now working on leveling the existing floor framing, definitely needed it.

NEW PROJECT ALERT!!! We will demo this Pebble Beach home down to the subfloor, add a large addition towards the front of the property. Then we will build the entire home back with 9’ ceilings upstairs & down.
